Just want to shout out Massoud who spent close to 20 minutes searching the bins on the top of the shelves for the Black Owala I wanted! The store said it had 50 in stock but none on the shelves. Massoud, you are the MVP!

This Canadian Tire has been my go to location for the past 4 years. The staff always go above and beyond from the customer service to hardware expertise. From my stolen bike seat to buying my first power tool, they are always solution oriented. Shoutout to Lou for helping me big time!

Needed to fill holes in the wall made by drywall anchors and went to get the supplies from this location as well cardboard boxes for moving. I also got a paint sample matched to the color of the wall I needed to repair. Everything was stocked and well priced, I found what I was looking for quickly.

🛒 My favorite gift shop, browse carefully and you will find anything you need for the best (fair) price!! They have toys, furniture, cooking tools, clothes (a few), personal care items, electronics... And the list goes on! 🔌 Definitely this place = a lot of gifts for the family!! 🌃

Gaurav was so helpful with me today that me a person who hates technology is writing a review I’ve come to many Canadian Tire stores and the invaluable service I recieved has left me in absolute awe! We’ve all experienced the 'dreaded return' that feeling of bracing yourself for a complicated, high-friction transaction when you realize you’ve bought the wrong item (in my case, a charger). I went into the Eaton Centre Canadian Tire expecting a headache, but the experience turned out to be a complete mood-shifter. ​ While there was a bit of a wait at the returns counter which is expected in a busy downtown hub the cashier who helped me was absolutely fantastic. They were in such a genuinely good mood and had such an 'adorable,' upbeat energy that it completely reset my own temperament. It’s a testament to how much power a single staff member has to change the 'logic' of a retail experience. I walked in frustrated with my wrong purchase and walked out in a great mood simply because of the human interaction at the register. Excellent service that reminds you that even in a massive store, the people make the difference
